Services and pricing

Prices displayed on this website are for the services and packages described on the relevant page. Fixed-price items may be placed in the cart. Services marked “from” are enquiry-based and require a tailored quote.

Orders

A cart submission is a request to proceed with the selected service. Founder FastStart will confirm the order details and payment arrangements. An order is not treated as paid merely because an online form has been submitted.

Payment

Online PayFast payment is currently disabled on this website. Until that changes, payment is arranged manually after the order or enquiry is received, typically through WhatsApp or another agreed payment method.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the service stage, work already performed, third-party fees or government charges already incurred, and the specific written quotation or agreement. If you need to cancel or request a refund, contact us promptly before further work is undertaken.

Third-party and government processes

Some services involve third-party platforms, government systems, registrations, banking or compliance processes. Their requirements, processing times and decisions are outside Founder FastStart's control. We will communicate material requirements known to us and assist within the scope of the service purchased.

Quotes

Quote-based projects are scoped before work begins. Changes to requirements after approval may change the quoted price or delivery schedule.
